A former Member of Parliament of the New Patriotic Party for the Kpandai constituency of the Northern region, Hon Matthew Nyindam has declared his intention to contest the Kpandai constituency primaries of the NPP in a bid to stage a come back as the MP for Kpandai. 

Speaking during various meetings with key political stakeholders in the Kpandai constituency, the former legislator tauted his achievements in the areas of education, roads, rural electrification, health education and jobs for the youth and added that he wanted the mandate of the stakeholders to continue with what he described as "Transformational agenda" of the Kpandai constituency. 

Hon Nyindam, it must be stated was a vibrant member of Parliament and his defeat in the last Parliamentary elections came as a surprised to many.  

He described his defeat as "The will of God"  and stated that his absence as an MP has afforded the people of Kpandai the opportunity to compare what he did for them as an MP with what was being done for them by the NDC MP. 

The *Voiceless media* can confirm that Hon Nyindam would win the Parliamentary primaries any day.  

The greatest and foremost thing he needs to do is to work towards presenting a united NPP towards victory 2024.
