I wish to acknowledge the receipt of a letter from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Upper West Regional Executive Committee, dated 25th February 2025, revoking the forfeiture of my party membership, which was initially declared by the Nandom Constituency Executives.

In January 2024, I first petitioned the regional party under the late Chairman S.B. Kangberee regarding what I believed to be an unjust decision. However, throughout that year, I received no response or action on my petition. As a result, in January 2025, I sent a reminder to the acting Regional Chairman, Alhaji Aziz Rahman, who promptly convened a Regional Executive Committee meeting on 25th February 2025 to deliberate on my case.

My petition emphasized the lack of due process in the forfeiture decision, particularly the fact that I was not granted a hearing as required by various articles of the NPP Constitution, especially Article 4.

After thorough consideration, the Regional Executive Committee found merit in my appeal and unanimously reinstated my membership.

I appreciate the leadership for ensuring justice and fairness and reaffirm my unwavering commitment to the values and principles of the NPP. I remain dedicated to serving the party and contributing to its progress.
