Alhaji Iddrisu Ibrahim, popularly known as Chairman Sunday, has disclosed to the Voiceless Media that  he would contest as the Northern Regional Chairman when the opportunity avails itself. 

Chairman Sunday, who previously  served as the 2nd Regional Vice Chairman of the NPP, is currently the First Vice Chairman of the NPP in the Northern Regin. 

Alhaji Sunday further disclosed that he was asked by the current Regional Chairman,  Chairman Adam Samba, to shelve his Chairmanship ambition and rather support him for a two term of 8 years. 

I will support the current mandate of Chairman Samba to serve his second term so he will also support me as he promised to take over from him.
