The Savannah Regional Chairman of the NPP,  Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana, otherwise known as Professor Emeritus Kalamonia, has expressed optimism about Dr Bawumia and the NPP PCs victory on December 7, 2024.

Speaking in an interview with the Voiceless Media,  Chairman Kalamonia disclosed that he has recently toured all seven constituencies of the Savannah Region with his hardworking Regional Executives, District Chief Executives in some Constituencies, Parliamentary Candidates, Constituency Executive, Regional Council of Elders and other party functionaries and what he saw on the faces of the electorates was that of appreciation and admiration for Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and the NPP PCs coupled with testimonies of impactful development extended to them by the government.

The effort and commitment exhibited by the NPP PCs in the Savannah Region coupled with their engagement with the electorates is truly heartwarming especially the reception that is greeted with their messages and that of our innovative flag bearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Dr. Bawumia has distinguished himself as Vice President and has championed many policies that are of great use and benefit to Ghanaians.

The Savannah Regional Chairman believes that Dr. Bawumia would perform even better when  given the opportunity to govern the country.

Chairman Kalamonia used the opportunity to call on the youth and all and sundry in Gonjaland to vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and all the Seven NPP PCs, as they represents the future  and identify easily with them. He also advised some Identifiable groups in the region not to use themselves to setup agenda for the opposition parties because their own agenda is around the corner. He further pleaded with our revered Chiefs in the Region to see everyone as their own. He admonished the party youths to focus their energies on protecting the achievements and the transformative policies introduced and executed by the Nana Addo and Bawumia government.

The Savannah Regional Chairman further used the occasion to call on the Clergy, Muslim Clerics and the Traditional Authorities to continue to pray for an NPP victory, as well as peace in the upcoming December 7th polls.
