Hon. Mustapha Ussif  is a Member of Parliament for Yagaba-Kubori Constituency and a Minister For Youth and Sports. He is a man of the moment in Yagaba-Kubori Constituency and inspiration to many youth in Mamprugu. 

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is rightly raising the flags of Yagaba-Kubori Constituency and Mamprugu Kingdom high. His performance as a Minister is admirable and worth associating ourselves with. Due to his hard work, selfless service and dedication to duty, he was crowned as the best Sports Minister in Africa.

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is serving the good people of Yagaba-Kubori Constituency well with massive development across the constituency. The road network in the constituency has tremendously improved under the able leadership of Hon. Mustapha Ussif. Under his watch, Yagaba-Kubori constituency has received major roads development than any constituency in the North East Region. He is changing the narrative in the constituency by opening it up to other constituencies and regions. 

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is also human resource development-oriented individual who has committed himself to developing the youth of the constituency. He is the first MP in the North East Region, to the best of my knowledge, who wholeheartedly commits himself to fully sponsoring constituents in his constituency who desire to pursue Law or Medicine. He has sponsored over ten(10) students in his constituency and they are currently studying medicine or Law in various universities in Ghana and abroad. He is committed to sponsoring twenty students; ten(10) for Law and ten(10) for Medicine. Aside this special scholarship package, he has over the years provided financial support to over 200 tertiary students from his constituency. He has also been financing mock exams for Junior High School students in his constituency.

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is doing well for his constituents in all aspects of development. Infrastructure development in the education sector is not left out. More infrastructure have been provided in the education sector to facilitate teaching and learning. Through the efforts of Hon. Mustapha Ussif, Mamprugu-Moaduri District can boast of Vocational and Technical School in Loagri and it is getting another SHS this year. Yizesi Senior High Technical School is expected to start admitting students for the 2024/5 academic year. 

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is passionate about the health needs of his constituents. For the first time in the history of the constituency and Mamprugu-Moaduri District and through the efforts of Hon. Mustapha Ussif, the district now has a medical doctor posted to work for the people. In terms of health infrastructure, more Community-based Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds have been built to cater for the health needs of the people. The second health training institution in the North East Region was established last year in Kubori and all credit to Hon. Mustapha Ussif. 

Hon. Mustapha Ussif is available for his constituents at all time. He is always with his people, providing assistance and development. He is, undoubtedly, the best performing MP in the North East Region as we speak. The people love him for his selfless service to them. The enthusiastic show of love exhibited by the people of Yagaba-Kubori Constituency to the Next President of Ghana, *H. E. Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia* when he visited them, alone shows how vibrant and influential Hon. Mustapha Ussif is in his constituency.

In conclusion, the good work of Hon. Mustapha Ussif is speaking for him, hence, the good people of Yagaba-Kubori Constituency are ready to send him back to parliament in 2025 and maximize votes for Dr. Bawumia.
