The Managing Director of the Agricultural Development Bank, Alhaji Alhassan Yakubu Tali, also known as Nawaana, told the Voiceless Media in an exclusive interview that plans were underway to open a branches of the Agricultural Development Bank in the Tolon, Karaga, and Gushegu districts of the Northern Region.  

In the particular case of the Tolon District,  Alhaji Tali explained that feasibility studies were done in the district and a decision was taken to locate the new branch in Tolon, the district capital.

The MD further assured that upon the completion of the capital injection process by the shareholders of ADB, the setting up of the Tolon branch of ADB will be completed.

Alhaji Tali disclosed to the Voiceless Media that the  Gushegu and Karaga Districts were among other districts in which ADB had initiated feasibility studies to open new branches.  

The MD indicated to the Voiceless Media that the specific case of the Tolon District was so dear to his heart, and that there would be positive news before December 2024.
