A Deputy Chief Executive officer of the Youth Employment Agency,  Alhaji Bashiru Ibrahim  has expressed his desire to contest the Tempane Parliamentary primaries of the NPP.

Alhaji Bashiru,  until his appointment as a Deputy CEO of the Youth Employment Agency,  served as the Upper East Regional Youth Organiser of the NPP. 

Lawyer Joseph Kpemka, a former Member of Parliament for the Tempane constituency will be contesting the primaries too according to information available to the Voiceless media.

Hon Kpemka,  was once a DCE of the area and also once served as a Deputy Minister at the Justice Ministry. 

Reliable information available to the *Voiceless media* shows that the Tempane primaries will be between Bashiru and Kpemka only-The Tempane Titans. 

This contest is going to be an interesting contest. 

The potential aspirants are both good communicators with sufficient knowledge of the party in the constituency and region.  

They are both energetic and highly motivated.
