Bawumia has leveraged technology to help reform and improve Ghana's institutional processes toward the creation of a digitized economy

Integration of National Databases using Ghana Card:  Ghana has now integrated its National ID card database with other databases such as Passports, SSNIT, NHIS, GRA, SIM cards, B&D Registry, Police CID, DVLA, and Ghana.gov, etc to create a centralized integrated database.

 *•Creation of Ghana.gov platform:* This portal has granted people access to all the government services on their phone including filing and pay of taxes, applying for birth certificates, and passport

*•Real-Time Payments Network* - Ghana Interbank Payments and Settlement System (GhIPSS) with Mobile Money providers, ie

Interoperability between bank accounts and mobile wallets (First ever in Africa)

 *•The Driver & Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA)*  

Digitization of driver's licenses - the 'goro boys' has been removed and services have improved drastically.

 *•Motor Insurance Database:* Introduction of the Motor Insurance Database by NIC has curbed the usage of fake Insurance Stickers, Authenticity check of the Insurance policy is open to the public by dialing USSD code *920*57#

 *•Digitization of the ports:* Good clearing at the ports has made it easy. 'Paperless Port Clearing System' - an innovation to fasten port and harbor goods clearing curb corruption.

 *Digitization of National Scholarship Secretariat*  Scholarship Application processing at students' comfort in their respective homes

 *•E- farming* via hitech fertilizer spraying methodology using a drone

These are but a few governmental policy initiatives that cut across all sectors including Health, Trade, Agric, Revenue Mobilization, and the sphere headed by Bawumia.
