A former National Nasara Coordinator of the NPP and Currently the Consular General of Ghana to Saudi Arabia- Alhaji Kamaldeen Abdulai has arrived in Ghana to support the Presidential ambition of His Excellency Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.

Speaking to the Voiceless Media on arrival, the former Deputy National Communications Director of the NPP, explained that his knowledge of the NPP makes him absolutely convinced that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia was the right person to lead the NPP into election 2024.

"Dr Bawumia has remained loyal to the NPP and has brought a lot of innovations and insights onto the position of a Vice President of the Republic of Ghana" Alhaji Kamaldeen opines.

According to Alhaji Kamaldeen Abdulai his commitment and support to the Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for President Project was not because Dr Bawumia was a Muslim and a Northerner, but because of his competence, innovation, and ideas that he has already brought on board in many spheres of governance.

Alhaji Abdulai Kamaldeen whose reign as the National Nasara Coordinator of the NPP brought the Zongo Communities into the limelight is also a consummate communicator.

The Consul-General has a Parliamentary ambition as well and last contested the Parliamentary primaries of the NPP in the Nanton Constituency in 2020 Albert was unsuccessful.

Though he was not successful in clinching victory at the Primaries, his performance was impressive.

Alhaji Kamaldeen has kept faith with the Nanton people and there have been calls on him in recent times to contest the Nanton primaries again.
