The Tolon project is getting exciting. Chief Akilu Sayibu has spoken to 20 delegates and 5 Opinion leaders directly in all 24 Electoral Areas in the Tolon Constituency. This translate to direct conversation with 600 of the Tolon electorates of which 480 are delegates. Victory is within reach.
