The thumbs of the electorates is what gives power to members of parliament.  Chief Akilu Sayibu will therefore not compromise or joke with treating the Tolon constituents decently and always  available to them.  The idea is that it is through availability to the people that their concerns can be heard for immediate or future redress.  It is for this reason that Chief Akilu Sayibu is present in all 24 Electoral Areas of the Tolon constituency.   There is no Electoral Area in the Tolon Constituency that Chief Akilu Sayibu has not engaged with at least 30 party folks.  No wonder his name is now a household name in all Electoral Areas in the Tolon Constituency.   A vote for Chief Akilu Sayibu is a vote for an accessible and easy going MP.
