The semi-finals of Senior Sharks Season 6 promises to be an exhilarating clash of intellects as four exceptional schools bring their A-game to the table. These schools have proven their mettle to be touted as the crème de la crème of Senior Sharks 6. Key Background 


On Saturday June 24, 2023, at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons, the brightest minds from St. Peter’s SHS, Presbyterian Boy's Secondary School (Presec), Legon, St. Augustine's College, and Adisadel College will slug it out in two mega duels.
In semi-finals 1, Presec, Legon, collide head-on with action-oriented St. Augustine's College from the ancient idyllic town of Cape Coast.
Reigning Senior Sharks champions, St. Peter's SHS, Nkwatia, engage the famous Adisadel College, Cape Coast, in an all-or-nothing contest in semi finals 2.
With each team parading their unique strengths, versatility, global perspectives, and quick thinking abilities, the semi finals of Senior Sharks 6 is expected to be a blazing battle of grit and wit.
Brief profile of semi-finalists
Presec, Legon: 
Eponymously named ‘Blue Magicians’ owing to the combination of their blue shirts and Houdini-esque performances, Presec is a colossus in quizzes.
Presecans are incredibly talented and consistent: second runner-up in Season 1, Season 3 winners, and first runners-up in Seasons 4 & 5 is indeed a menacing profile to any opposition.
The team from Presec, Legon, combines meticulous preparation, a passion for learning, and a hunger for victory.
Presec's ability to think quickly and strategically gives them a distinct advantage in the semi-finals of Senior Sharks 6.
St. Peter’s SHS:
Known for its academic astuteness, St. Peter's SHS has time and again been on top of their game in quiz competitions.
They boast an impressive track record of success in Senior Sharks, and are the current holders of the coveted Senior Sharks trophy.
With their extensive knowledge across a wide range of subjects and their ability to analyse complex issues critically, they are a force to be reckoned with in the semi-finals.
Adisadel College: 
Renowned for nurturing well-rounded students, Adisadel College is a hard-shelled competitor in quizzes.
With a team comprising extraordinary all-rounders, they bring a diverse skill set to the Senior Sharks Quiz.
Their ability to seamlessly collaborate and their strong foundation in multiple subjects make them a serious contender for the grand finale.
St. Augustine's College:
St. Augustine’s College has earned a name for itself as an institution that values academic excellence.
Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and an impressive ability to analyse complex problems, they are poised to deliver an outstanding performance in the semi-finals.
They possess a remarkable grasp of their subjects and are neither rattled nor shaken by any opposition.
Records Galore
Each of the teams in the semi-finals of Senior Sharks 6 has a patented record in their bosom, to affirm their meritorious place in the last four.
The defending champions, St. Peter's SHS, have the unmatched record this season of the highest point difference of one hundred and seventy (170) in a single contest.
Presec, Legon, announces itself again as the only school to compete in four successive semi-finals of the most innovative high school quiz.
St. Augustine's College are oceans apart from the rest in STEM, registering an eye-popping seventy-five (75) points, unmatched yet in the STEM Round this season.
In the quarterfinals of Senior Sharks, Adisadel College earned a larger-than-life score of two hundred and five (205), to become the only school to pass the two hundred (200) threshold in the quarterfinals series of Senior Sharks 6.
Who to watch?
All winning teams of Senior Sharks have had a talismanic figure or two in their fold, and teams in Season 6 are no exception.
Nii Dortey has been the star man for Presec when it comes to Mathematics, greatly improving their points tally with his pinpoint accuracy.
From St. Augustine's College, Ezekiel is the man to watch- the real definition of composure under pressure.
Michael has enhanced the fortunes of Adisadel College in the STEM Round, helping them to earn sixty (60) points at the Round of 16 and quarterfinals stages respectively.
Holding the fort for the defending champions in Social Literacy, is Kelvin Owusu Dartey, the dependable rock upon which Peter's is built.
And now! the world awaits the semi-finals of Senior Sharks 6.
