If delegates may recall not long ago ,Hon.  Alan kyeremanten in his campaign tour of the western region made some unfortunate statements to downplay the chances of the New Patriotic Party in the 2024 elections. He stated  that,  

 *"Worsening economy under Nana Akufo Addo is making it difficult for the New Patriotic Party to Craft message for election 2024* ."  This statement has since received a lot of backlashes from within the party however, Hon. Alan kyeremanten has refused to withdraw and apologize.

In this write up I  ask a very simple question , Does Alan kyeremanten still stand by his western region pronouncements,  after the backlashes and President Akufo Addo's  State of the Nation's address yesterday which gave a detailed account of  performance of the government since he  took office.

I would like to highlight portions of the SONA for Alan kyeremanten to reconsider his stands on the election 2024 Message. 

"Mr. Speaker, I would like to state categorically that this Government has built more roads than any government in the 4th republic, and Mr speaker, the details of all the roads has been documented ."

" Mr. Speaker, the NPP administration has : implemented successfully a *National Identification System with Ghana card* ; constructed more *railways* than any other government in the fourth republic; established the Zongo Development Fund to address the needs of the Zongo and inner-city communities; 

We have successfully implemented *digital address system* ; we have provided *more equipment to the security services*  than any other government in the 4th republic;  

we have implemented *1D1F initiative* , we have constricted *more fishing landing  site* than any other government in the 4th republic.

We have introduced *drones in the delivery* of critical medicine, vaccines and blood to people in remote parts of the country and today, Ghana has the largest medical drone delivery service in the world with six Zipline Distribution centers in Omenako, Mpanya, vobsi, sefwi kete krachi and Anum.

 We have established *Ten STEM* centres across the country . We have successfully introduced *You start* the program seeks to support young entrepreneurs to gain access to the capital market, training and technical skills .. 

With the help of the Vice President , Dr Mahamadu  Bawumia  who have been nicknamed, E-Bawumia we  have been able to *successfully  integrated many processes* within the digital environment to mention a few.

From the above, I am totally convinced the NPP has a lot  of  good messages going into election 2024 so therefore I  can confidently conclude that, the NPP government has really performed very well and stands the greatest chance of breaking the 8 not withstanding the current economic struggle which happens to be globally influenced.

Again, from the above mentioned policies and programs It will be very disappointing for anyone expercially  those who calls themselves party members to talk down on government  that it has failed and by extension it's failure will make the  New Patriotic Party  find it difficult to craft a convincing campaign message to win   power in 2024. 

Well, I will however plead with delegates to kindly give Hon.  Alan kyeremanten and his supporters benefits of the doubt to come again . Delegates should  assume Hon. Alan kyeremanten had limited information on the achievements of government at the time of his pronouncements and that he  did not know about all the above mentioned achievements of our government now by virtue of the SONA and this write up he has been brought up to speed  so I am very confident he will not repeat his unfortunate statement if he is  given the same opportunity .

Yes things are not cozy but that should not stop us from talking about our achievements to Ghanaians. We can not join the NDC to crucify this government because during the era  of  Dumsor we all saw how   NDC members stood behind the incompetent John Mahama no NDC Member was seen talking down on John Mahama's government like we see now with our party all in the name of winning Flagbearer ship race.

We should always remember that, non  of the presidential hopefuls will survive if the government fails even if they succeed in winning the Presidential race with their blame games.

Let us all be guilded.
