Hon Alhassan Tampuli shown deep love in campaign rounds

The distinguished MP for Gushegu and Deputy Minister for Transport, who is also the Parliamentary Candidate for the governing NPP Hon. Hassan Tampuli has completed his campaign tour of the Kpatinga and Galwei zones in the Gushegu Constituency in what is described as the most exciting campaign undertaking never witnessed since 1992. 

Constituents who were excited to see their MP gave  testimonies of the positive impact of the MP’s interventions in their various communities characterized by mass defections from the opposition NDC. 

The most significant development of this exciting campaign was the enthusiasm of the women and the youth who came out in their numbers to welcome Hon. Tampuli to their communities. 

Many first time voters who have felt the love touching impact of their MP in the areas of education (provision of infrastructure and payment of fees, health care, support for farmers with the provision of tractors to support them, financial support for various women groups, unprecedented road construction across the length and breadth of the constituency, among others. The Nana Addo/Bawumia government’s masterstroke free SHS is attracting both young and old like a magnet as they felt the burden that has been transferred from them to the government. 

The campaign engagement in the Kpatinga zone included interactions in communities such as Nebligbini, Gaa, Samang, Yepala, Zori, Nakunga, Villi, Nayugu and  Gumonaayili.

The campaign trail also engaged the following communities, Sukaya, Tindang, Bugya, Sampemo, Kanimo, Kpahikpaba, Kpisinga, Kutung, Zankili, and Naganga and received with unparalleled enthusiasm. 

The excitement continued inside Kpatinga township with areas such as Sawaba, Maazijung, Kambongtooni, Yishini, Nabung, Daafong, Maaniyili and Gunglaanyili. Hon. Tampuli and his campaign team also paid courtesy calls on the chiefs of the various communities and also called on some elders of the party to seek their support and blessings. 

The campaign trail rolled into the Galwei zone with even more enthusiastic welcome from Saguli, Zulogu, Kpanashei, Bogu, Tinyogu, KpalguGalwei communities 

Defections by members of the opposition NDC continued to troop in to lend their support to Hon. Tampuli and the NPP for bringing development to their doorstep. 

The final day of the campaign  took the campaign team to Limo, Bilsigna, Kpala, and Digbila and finally ended with a mammoth rally in Hon. Tampuli’s hometown of Zinindo. 

Significantly, the MP had visible projects in  every community he visited, confirming his widely acclaimed title as Tuma Lana.
